JOINT LINE TENDERNESS (JLT) FOR MENISCUS INJURY The last test in this series for meniscus injuries is the JLT test. According to the meta-analysis of Smith et al. (2015), the JLT has a sensitivity of 83% and a specificity of 83%. This means that this test is moderately useful to confirm meniscus tears with a LR of 4.0 and actually our best tool to exclude meniscus tears in a negative test outcome with LR- of 0.23. | Physiotutors
