The Justice Department served federal subpoenas today to Minnesota officials. That includes the Governor and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, who the DOJ is investigating over an alleged conspiracy to impede federal immigration agents.

The Justice Department has sent subpoenas to Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison.

Walz was subpoenaed along with Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and Attorney General Keith Ellison Tuesday afternoon.
